Syslog-ng scripts for Logwatch.

How do I install?

   Just unpack the distribution file and copy the four files into 
   your Logwatch directory structure:

   cp syslog-ng.conf [LOGWATCH BASEDIR]/conf/services/
   cp syslog-ng [LOGWATCH BASEDIR]/scripts/services/


   
Can I see a Logwatch output sample?

Of course. With detail-level 5

What about Logwatch log levels?

   If you decrease your Logwatch loglevel under 5 only failures
   will be shown. If you increase your loglevel to 5 or above 
   more log will be shown.


I am using a stable version of syslog-ng and the latest version
of the Logwatch script - and still I get some **Unmatched Entries**.
Can I get rid of those?

   Yes. Just send me a copy of your Logwatch output - and I will make
   sure that they are gone (or correctly matched) in the next version 
   of the scripts.


Are there any known issues?

   Yes, in version 1.2 I added support for dropped and suppressed lines.
   The coresponding calculations may not be accurate due to lag of 
   appropriate log files. If you have concerns about the shown numbers
   please send me some log samples and I will recheck my script.
